"It is a good Hotel in a good location. Rooms are neat. Both A/c and non-A/c are available. Attached (Ground floor) is Charmy restaurant ,a multi-cuisine one. Food quality is very good. Staff at the Hotel and restaurant are quite courteous and polite. Rounak at Reception is exceptionally good. He did not bother for a couple of hours stay after..."
"seems staff has special skill on argument.... even for the things which were visible they denied on its non functioning... for them its always customer in fault. it was a worst experience to stay with this hotel. remote not working.. no hot water"
