"Matrix Inn by Shirdi is not exactly close to the temple. But the prompt helpful free service of pick-up and drop to the temple ( Innova Car) helps. The beds are good. Bath area decently large.
Restaurant cooks good meal but a wee bit slow in service. Maybe that is the style in shirdi why hurry when you have come to have Baba's Darshan.
Better to carry your toiletries.
And do not expect tea coffee before 7:30 am from Room Dining. Though you have the items to make on in your room.
Ample parking and a small swimming pool if you wanted to get wet. It is not really a lap pool."
Beds were comfortable and the linen were clean and nice.
Bathrooms were clean and the shower was outstanding - hot and high pressure shower.
The rooms had Panel TV with many channels in all Indian languages - but no HD channels. Not a big issue.
Service was decent - trained staff, eager to help.
Food was excellent - particularly the breakfast. Though there was no buffet on that day, they made to our order and gave us extras as well.It was fresh, hot and delicious!
The package included free drop and pick-up from hotel to the Shirdi temple - it was very helpful.
Cons:
-Wi-fi was available only in lobby.
-Though the food was excellent, the service was a bit slow, perhaps because they were freshly made to order.
-Surroundings outside the hotel were rather bare - nothing to write about. So it dooesn't matter which room you get - the view is boring."

"Well maintained . Friendly staff and great service . The swimming pool needs a little maintenance other wise it is absolutely a lovely place to stay . The food was very good and hygienic . They offer free pickup and drop to the temple which i a value add for safety and comfort . Overall a great place and the staff is the key to the wonderful experience we had ."
"Not much to hype about. The exterior of the hotel is much better than the interior. Rooms are small, but clean. Breakfast was south-indian food oriented. Location is a plus because it is right on the highway. Although this makes it far from the temple. You'll have to reply on their pick-drop service (which almost all hotels in Shirdi provide)"
